1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading the APK, installing, and playing 3 Patti No 1 on your Android device, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately uninstall the casino application and cease all usage.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

This application involves real-money card games like Teen Patti and Rummy. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register an account, deposit PKR funds, or play games on this platform. We reserve the right to verify your age and suspend accounts of underage users.

3. Account Rules

Players in Pakistan are permitted to create only one active account per person/device.
Sharing, selling, or transferring accounts is strictly prohibited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and OTP codes.

4. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against cheating, collusion, hacking, or the use of third-party automation tools (bots) in our live multiplayer tables. Any account found violating these fair-play rules will face immediate permanent suspension, and any funds within the account will be forfeited.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions are processed securely in PKR currency. You agree that any funds deposited are intended for gameplay. Cash withdrawals are subject to verification and processing times. The platform is not responsible for delays caused by third-party mobile wallet providers (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa) or bank transfers.
